Prodo Club was co-founded by industry veterans Garry Chan and Jimmy Ho, who bring over 30 years of collective experience in recruitment and human resources respectively. They recognized a systemic challenge in the workforce: many employees underperform relative to their true potential due to various organizational and personal hurdles, or shaky job interview performance. Concurrently, seasoned executives possessing decades of invaluable leadership experience often seek meaningful engagement post-retirement.
